This is a 1 room space with bathroom. The room is 30 m2 with one bed (1,50 m) and convertible settee (1,20 m), well-equipped kitchen with fridge and freezer, dishwasher and cooker, floorheating and bathroom.
Dog is not allowed.
The room can be rented alone or in combination with "Rosettoppen 1. floor"
Prices:
Low season: 600 NOK per day/3000 NOK per week
High season*: 700 NOK per day/3800 NOK per week
Price for both 1. and 2. floor
Low season: 1300 NOK per day/7900 NOK per week
High season*: 1500 NOK per day/8900 NOK per week
*High season: 13. June - 22. August and in autum-, winter-, easter- and christmasholiday.
20% of total rent have to be paid at once with booking (not refundable).
The rest of the payment payed by agreement.
Price for bed linen + towels: 150 NOK per person.
Price final cleaning: 500 NOK per cabin.
Price per person in excess of the registered number per cabin: 100 NOK per day.
