This is a 1 room space with bathroom. The room is 30 m2 with one bed (1,50 m) and convertible settee (1,20 m), well-equipped kitchen with fridge and freezer, dishwasher and cooker, floorheating and bathroom.
Dog is not allowed.
The room can be rented alone or in combination with "Rosettoppen 1. floor"
Prices:
Basic price for 2 persons: 800NOK per day. 4000NOK per week.
Price for both 1. and 2. floor
Basic price for 4 persons: 2000NOK per day. 12 000 per week
Extra per person over 4 persons: 150NOK per day.
20% of total rent have to be paid at once with booking (not refundable).
The rest of the payment payed by agreement.
Price for bed linen + towels: 150 NOK per person.
Price final cleaning: 500 NOK per cabin.
